Enrollment for School Year 2025–2026 is now officially open! We welcome applications from both new and returning students from Grade 1 to Grade 6.
Requirements:
- Report Card (Form 138) from previous school year
- Birth Certificate (PSA copy)
- 2x2 ID photos (2 pieces)
- Barangay Certificate of Residency
- Good Moral Certificate (for transferees)
Enrollment period: May 5 – May 30, 2025, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
